Acquired in May 2015, this proposed mixed-use development on the southwest corner of 10th & K Streets is part of the ongoing downtown revitalization.

Located just one block from the State Capitol, 2 blocks from the new Golden 1 Center and 2 blocks from the Convention Center, the subject properties are in the heart of the downtown core. The 10th and K corner provides one of the most attractive development opportunities in the dynamic downtown grid. This project aims to be a part of the Mayor’s 10,000 housing unit plan for the downtown area that will be a large catalyst for urban growth.
