10K Downtown

The 10K project is at the very heart of downtown, one block from the State Capitol, in between the Convention Center and the Golden 1 Center. The 15-story high-rise will bring 186 residential units to the urban core above a 220-room hotel. The highly amenitized building will include a rooftop bar, co-working spaces, a lounge and a fitness center. A thoughtfully-designed retail courtyard will provide additional pedestrian access and more patio seating for the cafes and restaurants.
